Terms & Conditions – of Dhoomtv
We stand behind our product! That’s why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a Dhoomtv customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
1.1. In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Dhoomtv by e-mail (info@Dhoomtv.tv) within 14 days from the date of purchchase with the complete details (Box ID; Serialnumber, purchase date, ordernumber).
1.2. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase* price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer’s Order.
1.3. The 14 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Dhoomtv product. Where there is no proof of delivery, the date from dispatching will be assumed.
1.4. The Dhoomtv product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions.
1.5. Returned products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and in re-saleable condition.
1.6. After receiving the returned Dhoomtv Products, Dhoomtv will issue a refund. The money will be sent in about 1-2 weeks after sending the goods back.tv
1.7. Dhoomtv reserves the right to make changes to these 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
2.1. All prices on the webshop are including VAT.
2.2. All items will be delievered with FREE shipping. Dhoomtv reserves the right to make changes on this shipping-model or close it.
2.3. In case of cancellation of orders, which have not been paid or not delivered, no costs are involved. Orders which have already been delivered, can be returned within 14 days in accordance with the return policy (see points 1.1 – 1.5)
2.4. All our products have a warranty of at least one (1) year. The warranty on the Dhoom Box can be extended by an additional warranty. The warranty can be claimed within the warranty period with Dhoomtv. It will be offered a replacement, repair or credit. Dhoomtv reserves the right to make the decision in critical cases (eg personal negligence) or even completely reject the warranty.
3.1. Your data subject in the context of handling the business of electronic data processing. Dhoomtv may use your information for internal marketing purposes. Your data is protected and not shared with third parties.
*Restocking Fees: There will be a standard CHF 39.- re-stocking fee applied to all returns. If the unit we receive back is not in its original condition
(for example: missing accessories or Packaging damaged box, etc…) then the company has the right to charge a higher percentage so that we can bring it back to its original condition for re sale
